Matthew McConaughey played disgusting prank on Timothée Chalamet while filming ‘Interstellar’

And that’s a crap, er, wrap.

Timothée Chalamet revealed his “Interstellar” co-star Matthew McConaughey took an out-of-this-world dump in his trailer as a prank on their last day of filming the 2014 movie.

Chalamet, 30, recalled feeling emotional and sad to be leaving set when he found a “huge turd” in his toilet.

“I felt so disrespected,” Chalamet (pictured above in conversation with McConaughey) recalled of the moment. CNN

“I felt so disrespected,” the “Marty Supreme” star told CNN during a Feb. 24 joint interview with McConaughey. “I was like, ‘I know I’m not the star in this movie, but who [did this?]’”

The actor was so shocked by the stinky parting gift that began interrogating the “big guys” who operated the equipment on set, asking them if they “let it loose” in his trailer.

When he still couldn’t find the culprit, he turned to director Christopher Nolan, who informed him that McConaughey, 56, committed the dirty deed.

“Matthew had this devilish grin on his face,” Chalamet shared. “I said, ‘Why did you do that?’ And he said, ‘It’s a Texas coming of age, baby.’”

Disgusting dumps aside, Chalamet still expressed his gratitude for his experience working on the film set and called it “inspiring” that he was able to make his film debut at 17 years old alongside the veteran star.

“That movie, to me, is really the origin point in seeing how you carried yourself on set and how seriously you took the work,” he expressed to his former castmate.

Still, Chalamet said his experience on the 2014 film with McConaughey (both pictured above in a still from “Interstellar”) was “inspiring.” Melinda Sue Gordon

“I feel like coming out of high school, it’s hard to take yourself super seriously. It can feel like you’re wasting time,” he said, adding that the film “changed [his] life.”

The four-time Oscar nominee went on, raving about his co-star’s work ethic and generosity toward him.

“I can’t thank you enough for being warm to me at that time. You had no reason to be warm to me,” he said.
