Kerry Washington highlighted elements of old school glamour in Georges Hobeika at the NAACP Image Awards Creative Honors on Thursday night.
The “Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery” star wore a selection from Hobeika’s fall 2025 ready-to-wear collection. The black sleeveless crepe midi dress with pearl accent detailing throughout featured a midi hemline with strands of pearls sewn into the straps, bust and down the front of the garment in sinuous lines.

Washington paired her dress with pointed-toe black pumps with a slight platform. As for accessories, the “Scandal” alum further accentuated the pearl motif of her dress with earrings and rings. Glam included a high bun hairdo with strands of hair to frame Washington’s face, while makeup added dimension with bold brows, lined eyes and a glossy lip. Styling team Rob Zangardi and Mariel Haenn curated Washington’s look.
Lebanese designer Georges Hobeika’s eponymous multinational luxury fashion house has become quite popular for several high-profile figures, including Washington. Lili Reinhart also wore a look by the designer for her November 2025 appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” wearing a strapless yellow gold dress featuring a slight sweetheart neckline, with scalloped shell cups for a nautical touch.

Kacey Musgraves, Kelly Rowland and Paris Hilton have also styled pieces by the designer in the past. Founded in 1995, Hobeika’s label caters to luxury fashion and ready-to-wear styles with esthetic romance, femininity and detailed embroidery.
Washington’s NAACP Image Awards Creative Honors dress seamlessly merged all three of those elements. A feminine silhouette combined with Old Hollywood inspiration and a bevy of intricate pearl beaded work throughout.
