Fanatics and Complex are teaming up on two special capsule collections tied to the World Baseball Classic. The sixth international baseball competition is slated for March 5 to 17 and will feature 20 global teams at games slated to be played in San Juan, Puerto Rico; Houston; Tokyo, and Miami.
The World Baseball Classic Collection will feature limited-edition collections from Born x Raised and Undefeated inspired by the U.S., Mexico, Puerto Rico, Japan and the Dominican Republic. The capsules are intended to reflect how baseball exists off the field and operates at the intersection of sport, culture and community.
The Undefeated collection features reimagined Nike jerseys, T-shirts and sweatshirts for Team USA, Japan, Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic and blend classic baseball silhouettes with modern graphics. The Born & Raised collection is tied to Team Mexico and the collection of Nike jerseys, T-shirts and sweatshirts is shaped by Chicano culture.
The World Baseball Classic Collection will go on sale Thursday at noon ET on the Complex and Fanatics apps and e-commerce sites as well as on the MLB and Nike websites, select Nike stores, Undefeated stores in Los Angeles, New York and Japan, the MLB store in New York and select World Baseball Classic stadium venues. Special pop-ups are expected to be announced soon.
All 47 games of the World Baseball Classic will be broadcast on Fox Sports networks and will be streamed on its sports app. Tickets to attend are available through Major League Baseball. Going into the competition, Japan has won the most titles: 2006, 2009 and 2023.
