Now that Detectives Lee Reardon (Karla Souza) and Karl Connolly (Dorian Missick) have gotten to the bottom of the 56 Days bathtub murder, fans are eager to find out what’s next for the Dove Cameron and Avan Jogia-led erotic thriller.
The first season of 56 Days premiered on February 17. Based on Catherine Ryan Howard’s novel of the same name, 56 Days follows Ciara Wyse (Cameron) and Oliver Kennedy (Jogia), a couple who launch hard and fast into a relationship after a chance meeting at a supermarket… Or at least that’s what viewers are led to believe at the start of the series. Eight weeks later, Oliver’s apartment is found vacated, with a body decomposing in the bathtub. Did Ciara kill Oliver? Did Oliver kill Ciara? Or is there a secret third option looming under the surface?
