Kane Brown to Open ‘Kane Brown’s On Broadway’ in Nashville

Kane Brown, who has earned a dozen No. 1 hits on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart, is set to open the multi-story restaurant, bar and live music venue Kane Brown’s On Broadway this summer in Nashville, Billboard can reveal.

Brown is partnering with Detroit-based Elia Group on the new venture, which will be located on Nashville’s Lower Broadway, in the 312 Broadway building that previously housed The Valentine, a place Brown spent time at as a patron early in his career.

“We’ve really taken our time developing the bar. We wanted to make it a place that stands apart from everything else on Lower Broadway,” Brown said in a statement. “I wanted to build a place that I want to hang out at, my friends want to hang out at and will be an unforgettable experience for anyone who visits. Nights in Nashville are about to hit a little bit different.”

The four-level, 11,400-square-foot Kane Brown’s On Broadway will offer spaces for dining, music, large gatherings and private parties. The main floor will be anchored by a full-scale live music stage, while the décor will feature exposed brick and steel-and-glass accents. The mezzanine level will provide elevated stage views, as well as a dedicated bar service. The third floor offers a lounge setting with a decor including walnut paneling, platinum records and curated portraits, as well as bottle service and areas for private gatherings. The rooftop area will evolve daily from brunches and cocktails to late-night gatherings featuring top-tier drinks and DJ music sets.

“Our partnership with Kane Brown marks a defining moment for Elia Group and for the city of Nashville,” Zaid Elia, founder & CEO of Elia Group, said in a statement. “He is a visionary artist who has continually redefined boundaries while remaining deeply rooted in authenticity—a philosophy that mirrors our own approach to hospitality at the highest level. For Elia Group, this collaboration represents the latest milestone in our longstanding and unwavering commitment to Nashville. It underscores our sustained investment in transformative, iconic properties; in immersive, thoughtfully curated design; and in guest experiences that celebrate the city’s rich heritage while actively shaping its vibrant future. We are honored to partner with an artist of Kane Brown’s stature to bring to life a project that is unmistakably Nashville: bold in vision, warm in spirit and unforgettable in every detail.”

Elia Group’s portfolio of Nashville establishments also includes ZUZU Nashville, an upscale Asian-inspired dining space, while in December 2025, Elia Group revealed another Nashville concept on 3rd Avenue. The company has plans to open multiple hospitality venues in Nashville over the next three years.
