SSC reschedules Multi-Tasking Staff exam for 3 centres in UP, check new date

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has revised the Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) Examination 2025 schedule for three exam centres in Uttar Pradesh after the cancellation and postponement of certain exam shifts in Jhansi and Gorakhpur.

All affected candidates are now set to appear for the test on February 13, 2026, as per the updated timetable.

Earlier, the exam scheduled for February 4, 2026 (Shift 3) at Sanskar Academy, Jhansi, and the February 5, 2026 (Shift 1) exam at Shifa Online Center, Gorakhpur, were canceled. The test on February 6, 2026 (all shifts) at L.M. The Public School in Jhansi was postponed.

    REVISED SCHEDULE AND IMPACTED CENTRES

The SSC clarified that the rescheduling is specific to these three centres and does not affect candidates from other venues.

Candidates should carefully review their revised admit cards, check new reporting times, and follow all instructions before heading to the exam centre.

Entry will be permitted only according to the revised rules and guidelines.

    IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES

Candidates are advised to reach the exam centre before the scheduled reporting time to avoid last-minute issues.

Authorities have emphasised that all updates are communicated only through official channels. Candidates should avoid relying on unofficial information.

Affected candidates should monitor the SSC website and official notices for further updates. All other exam centres and shifts remain unchanged.

The commission reiterated that following the new instructions is essential for a smooth and fair examination process.

These changes address logistical issues faced at the affected centres, aiming to minimise inconvenience and ensure clear communication.

Candidates must carry all documents mentioned on the admit card and arrive as per the revised reporting times. Any delay may result in disqualification from entry.

For further questions, candidates should contact the SSC helpline or visit the official website.
