Lee Sung shared that he wanted to get to know Choi a bit more outside the show. Choi Mina had experienced a lot of emotional turmoil on the sets of Single’s Inferno 5 and felt that Lee Sung had made her feel completely understood. When the finale of Single’s Inferno 5 took place, both mutually decided to leave the island together and expressed a desire to see where the connection buzzed outside the show. He also said that, whether in Korea or the U.S.A., he would find Choi everywhere in the world. Choi Mina Sue had commented:
“When I’m with you, I feel like the version of myself that I love comes out,” adding, “I can’t imagine leaving this place with anyone other than you.”
Kim Min Ji and Song Seung Il left as an Inferno couple
Kim Min Ji and Song Seung Il had a roller coaster ride on the sets of Single’s Inferno 5. They were initially strongly attracted to one another, and then fans had doubts if they would take their relationship further. However, Kim and Song had each other’s back, and Seung had also opened up, stating that he felt like himself when he was around Kim. She had also reciprocated to what he felt and both of them were seen leaving as a couple. When Kim and Seung had come face to face she also told him, ‘I like you’ and the hosts cheered for them to be together. For the unversed, earlier Kim and Seung were one of the most shipped pairs, but he initially was getting to know Choi. Kim, on the other side, had picked up Lim for a Paradise date. Park Hee Sun and Lim Su Been departed the island together
Park Hee Sun and Lim Su Been’s fans have always been shipping for them and both of them had walked out of Paradise as a couple. It is interesting to note that both of them had a tough journey inside the show as Choi Mina Sue had initially shown interest in Lim Su. However, Seung Il in Episode 11 of the show had told Park Hee Sun that Kim Min Ji and Lim Su Been had shared a bed together. Their journey together was filled with a lot of misunderstandings. However, despite controversies surrounding their life, the seed of forgiveness and emotional connection between the pair prevailed. Park Hee Sun had credited Lim Su Been for helping her open up, and both selected one another and left the island together.

Lee Joo Young had to face a tough decision as she was selected by both Youn Hyun Jae and Kim Jae Jin, and she had to decide in the end who to choose. Youn Hyun Jae had told Lee that he liked her and loved her since the show started. However, Lee and Jae Jin had become very close in Single’s Inferno 5. Jae had also shared that he felt most compatible in front of Lee and said:

Kim Go Un had faced the most toughest choice of her life on the sets of Single’s Inferno 5. She had three men who wanted her affection and post going on Paradise dates and having deep conversations, she selected Woo Sung Min. He had mentioned earlier that he still wanted to know Kim even after the show ended.
