Exclusive | Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval settle legal battle 3 years after dramatic split

The door is officially closed on Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval’s legal battle over the sale of their shared home, three years after their dramatic split.

Page Six can exclusively reveal that the exes reached an agreement, as Madix filed a notice of settlement of the entire case in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday.

According to the filing, the dismissal of the case is “conditional,” which requires “the satisfactory completion of specified terms” within 30 days of the date of the settlement.

Both sides will meet again on Feb. 5 for a final status conference, per the filing; however, if Sandoval does not hold up his end of the bargain, the case will go to trial on Feb. 17.

In January 2024, Madix, 40, sued Sandoval, 42, to force the sale of their LA home, located in the Valley Village neighborhood of the San Fernando Valley.

At the time, she requested “equitable allocation of the proceeds of sale” of the property, which the “Vanderpump Rules” alums bought in February 2019 for $2 million.

But Sandoval wanted to keep the house for himself, as he told Nick Viall in January 2024 that he had offered Madix $3.1 million in cash to buy her out.

He claimed she refused the offer for “petty” reasons.

After a decade of dating, Madix and Sandoval broke up in March 2023 when his months-long affair with their then-co-star Rachel “Raquel” Leviss was exposed.

Madix and Sandoval continued to live together in the Valley Village house, avoiding each other as much as possible, for two months after the split.

The “Love Island USA” host — who met her current boyfriend, Daniel Wai, shortly after her breakup from the bartender-turned-owner — finally moved out in May 2023.

The following May, she purchased a new pad in Hollywood Hills for $1.6 million.

Madix and Wai, who lives in New York City, maintain a long-distance relationship.

Meanwhile, Sandoval moved in with his current girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, in November 2024.
