Haylie Duff is siding against her sister, Hilary Duff, amid the “Lizzie McGuire” alum’s mom group drama with Ashley Tisdale.
Haylie “liked” The Cut’s Instagram post promoting Tisdale’s divisive essay published on New Year’s Day.
Her thumbs-up on the post could suggest that she agrees with the “High School Musical” star’s message, which was headlined “Breaking Up With My Toxic Mom Group.”
Haylie, 40, and Hilary, 38, who were once inseparable, have not been photographed together since 2019 — leading fans to believe the sisters are at odds with each other.
The “So Yesterday” singer added fuel to the fire when she admitted to struggling with “family drama” in a November 2025 interview with Rolling Stone.
It is unclear why there is tension between the two actresses, though a source told DeuxMoi that Haylie and her fiancé, Matthew Rosenberg, do not get along with Hilary’s husband, Matthew Koma.
Haylie’s obvious alignment with Tisdale further suggested that she and Hilary are not on good terms.
Tisdale recently faced backlash after describing herself in the piece as feeling “not cool enough” for the mom group, which partly includes Hilary, Mandy Moore and Meghan Trainor.
She also wrote that she felt excluded when they would not invite her to their hangouts.
Eventually, she texted the group, telling them, “This is too high school for me and I don’t want to take part in it anymore.”
While Tisdale, 40, noted that she doesn’t think the moms are “bad people” — except for “maybe one” —she wanted to cut them out after the “dynamic stopped being healthy and positive.”
The “Suite Life of Zack & Cody” star claimed the clique exhibited “mean girl behavior” and realized she wasn’t actually part of the group when she wasn’t invited to several hangouts.
On Monday, Page Six reported that Tisdale was missing from a photo from the group’s getaway last October.
Tisdale was last photographed with the boujie crew in December 2024.
After the essay went viral, Hilary’s husband took a jab at Tisdale with a savage message on Tuesday night.
Koma posted a photo of himself posing the same way as Tisdale for her article with The Cut. He added a headline reading, “When You’re the Most Self-Obsessed Tone Deaf Person on Earth, Other Moms Tend to Shift Focus To Their Actual Toddlers.”
Tisdale’s husband, Christopher French, inserted himself into the drama by also posting a cryptic quote to his Instagram Story that read, “It’s your choice whether or not to engage.”
Hilary has yet to respond to Tisdale’s accusations.
