    Shared by content creator Anushk Sharma, the video begins with him introducing the restaurant and setting the context for the experience. “We just ate food here for Rs 40,000. It’s an Indian Michelin-star restaurant here in Chicago and it is definitely worth it,” he says, before turning the camera to the carefully curated tasting menu.

From modern takes on familiar favourites like dhokla with curry leaf and mustard, and pani puri infused with passion fruit, buckwheat, and green apple, to more experimental plates such as mushroom galouti served as an eclair with goat cheese and truffle.

    As the courses progress, Sharma continues sharing his honest reactions – commenting on the plating, flavours, and how traditional Indian elements have been reimagined for a fine-dining setting.

    He shows dishes like the yogurt chaat with strawberry and tamarind, and medu vada paired with butternut squash and tomato pachadi, observing how each plate felt thoughtfully constructed rather than rushed.

    The main courses, including celeriac kebab, paneer kofta with black dairy dal and garlic naan, and the dessert courses like mango delight and assorted treats, are shown one by one, with Sharma offering brief but candid feedback on taste, balance, and overall experience.

    While several viewers appreciated the creativity and global recognition of Indian cuisine, the price point and portion sizes became a talking point in the comments.
