Walker Scobell says Percabeth is “not even close” as of the Percy Jackson and the Olympians Season 2 premiere, but that hasn’t stopped fans from screenshotting Percy (Scobell) and Annabeth’s (Leah Sava Jeffries) every interaction like the show is a concert. Episode 3 featured some monumental developments between the two characters, and we are here for all of it.
“I feel like definitely people nowadays are going to be like, ‘Oh my gosh, so much Percabeth! I see it already!’” Jeffries told TV Insider in a joint interview with Scobell and Aryan Simhadri. “But I feel like if you actually watched this back then, back in, I don’t know, 2009 or 2019, it wouldn’t be as big if that makes sense. So I feel like it’s a yes and no depending on who you ask and what time frame you’re asking it.”
