Amanda Seyfried Sees Red on ‘Late Night With Seth Meyers’

Amanda Seyfried went red hot in her Magda Butrym minidress as she continued her “The Testament of Ann Lee” promotional tour with an appearance on “Late Night With Seth Meyers” in New York City on Wednesday night.

For her late-night talk show appearance, Seyfried turned to stylist Elizabeth Stewart for her latest promo tour look. The Oscar-nominated “Mank” star wore a ribbed cotton minidress with short sleeves and a high neckline by the Polish designer, who founded her luxury and ready-to-wear brand in 2014.

A comfortable fit with playful flair, the skirt of the dress was designed with an accordion skirt, featuring several pleats throughout for a retro-inspired appeal. As for shoes, Seyfried continued the monochrome red color palette with her pointed toe Christian Louboutin pumps.

Glam for the actress was mostly understated and simple. Her dusty blond hair was styled with a middle part and worn down with soft waves, styled by DJ Quintero. Makeup highlights included bold brows, lightly lined eyes and a soft lip by artist Genevieve Herr.

As part of her “The Testament of Ann Lee” promotional tour, Stewart’s styled Seyfried in pieces with an aesthetic retro sensibility. On Wednesday, Seyfried hit “Good Morning America” to discuss her new film, wearing a Miu Miu jacket from the 2011 runway.

Seyfried’s other 2025 feature, “The Housemaid” costarring Sydney Sweeney, included custom pieces, like the actress’ pink V-neckline gown with waist-specific fabric ruching from Italian fashion house Versace.

Directed by Mona Fastvold, “The Testament of Ann Lee” chronicles the rise of the titular historic figure, played by Seyfried, who founded the Shaker religious movement in the United States. The film hits theaters in limited release beginning Dec. 25, with a wide release scheduled for Feb. 20.
