An 18-year-old student, Atif Hussain, was killed in Bhopal after a speeding Fortuner—allegedly driven by a builder’s son—hit his scooter and ran over his head. Locals chased down the driver and handed him over to police. Atif had stepped out only to buy medicine for his father. Despite the severity of the case, no hit-and-run charges have been added to the FIR yet.
