Sobhita Dhulipala is celebrating one trip around the sun as ‘Mrs’ with husband Naga Chaitanya, and she marked the milestone with a dreamy, never-seen-before glimpse of their Hyderabad wedding. On December 4, the actor shared a nostalgic BTS video capturing intimate rituals and warm family moments from their big day, wrapped in a poetic caption that perfectly matched the mood.
“The wind always blows homewards. Back in the Deccan and one trippy trip round the Sun with the man I call husband, I feel anew. As though purified by fire. One year as Mrs (sic),” she wrote.

The video takes viewers inside the couple’s traditional Telugu wedding, held in the presence of close family and friends. It features several rituals, candid interactions, and appearances by Nagarjuna, Chaitanya’s father. The montage also includes adorable snippets of the couple recording sweet messages for each other.
Meanwhile, Amala Akkineni, Naga Chaitanya’s stepmother, spoke warmly about her daughters-in-law, Sobhita and Zainab Ravdjee. Praising Sobhita’s individuality and charm, she said, “It’s so wonderful. I have two lovely daughters-in-law. Of course, Sobhita is such a talented and independent, such a lovely young person. We have great admiration for her. She’s such an affectionate young lady. I really enjoy spending time with her.”
Sobhita and Naga Chaitanya got married on December 4, 2024, at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad, a venue deeply rooted in the Akkineni family legacy, founded by Chaitanya’s grandfather, the legendary Akkineni Nageswara Rao.
The celebration was attended by prominent names from the South film industry, including Allu Arjun, Ram Charan, Mahesh Babu, and director SS Rajamouli.
