Kris Jenner jokes her nose is ‘probably the only thing’ that’s still real on her face after viral facelift

Kris Jenner knows how to laugh at herself.

In the latest episode of “The Kardashians,” released Thursday, the 70-year-old reality star traded playful jabs with daughter Kim Kardashian about their respective plastic surgeries.

“[My nose is] probably the only thing on my face that’s real,” Jenner joked during the conversation, referring to the much-publicized facelift she underwent earlier this year.

The backstage exchange on a trip to Paris began with the mother-daughter duo assessing their outfits and quickly turned into a mutual roast session about wigs, veneers, and nose jobs. Kardashian fired the first shot, joking that it looked like a wig.

“Do you have your extensions on?” Jenner fired back.

“Do you have fake lashes on?” the Skims mogul retorted.

The banter escalated, with Jenner questioning whether her daughter’s teeth were real.

“Actually, yes… but yours,” Kardashian responded. “Mine are real. Never had a veneer, baby.”

“Turn around and let’s get started. Bend over,” Jenner said, doubling over in laughter as their entourage cracked up in the background.

When someone chimed in, “Those noses are real,” Jenner delivered the punchline.

At Lauren Sánchez’s bachelorette dinner earlier this year, someone mistook Jenner for Kim. “She must have told this story 500 times. She is milking this,” the younger reality star said. krisjenner/Instagram

The playful moment comes months after Jenner confirmed she underwent another facelift in an August interview with Vogue Arabia. “I had a facelift about 15 years ago, so it was time for a refresh,” the momager said.

Jenner’s latest cosmetic enhancement sparked widespread buzz earlier this year. “My mom, like everyone, is talking about her face,” Kim shared in an October “Kardashians” episode. “We were at Lauren Sánchez’s bachelorette dinner and someone taps my mom on the shoulder and they go, ‘Kim?’”

She added that her mother has been loving the attention. “She must have told this story 500 times,” Kim said. “She is milking this.”

Jenner famously documented her first facelift on “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” in 2011, ahead of Kim’s wedding to her ex-husband Kris Humphries.

“I had a little freshening up done for the wedding,” she told “The Talk” at the time. “Just gotta do what a girl’s gotta do!”

Despite her willingness to discuss most procedures, Jenner has long maintained she’s never had a nose job.

She shared her perspective on aging in the Vogue Arabia interview. “Just because you get older, it doesn’t mean you should give up on yourself,” she said. “If you feel comfortable in your skin and you want to age gracefully — meaning you don’t want to do anything — then don’t do anything. But for me, this is aging gracefully. It’s my version.”
