‘RHOA’ star Porsha Williams cleared in FBI investigation after plane ‘incident’

Porsha Williams has been cleared of any wrongdoing in the FBI’s investigation into her Nov. 16 Delta Flight incident.

“We just received word from the United States Attorney’s Office that they have determined that ‘no crime has been committed,’ and that the FBI ‘will not pursue any further investigative actions regarding this matter,’” her rep told Page Six on Friday.

“While Ms Williams is certainly pleased to have received this news today, we cannot say that we are surprised given that there was never a physical encounter and given that the allegations made against Ms. Williams by this unhinged passenger were blatantly false from the beginning.”

“Ms. Williams offers her sincere thanks to the many witnesses who took time from their schedules to come forward and provide statements to law enforcement and to the Agents who worked so hard to uncover the truth,” the statement closed.

Page Six has reached out to the Atlanta FBI, but did not receive an immediate response.

Williams, 44, made headlines earlier this week after it was reported that she was involved in an altercation during her flight from Las Vegas to Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson airport following her BravoCon 2025 appearance.

The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star was accused of getting physical with a fellow passenger after their verbal disagreement escalated on the plane.

A statement previously obtained by Page Six from the Atlanta Police Department read, “Preliminary investigation indicated that both parties may have been involved in a verbal dispute that reportedly escalated into a physical dispute during an inbound flight to Atlanta.”

Body cam footage of the incident obtained by Page Six on Thursday showed Williams telling authorities inside the airport that the incident was prompted after a woman on the flight called her a “bitch.”

“I was on my phone and the volume was up,” the “Real Housewives” star, 44, said. “She turned to me out of nowhere and she said, ‘So you gonna make me listen to that the whole flight?’”

Williams allegedly replied, “Do you want to?” Then, the woman allegedly told her no. “I said, ‘Well, there’s a nicer way to say that.’ And she said, ‘Bitch, you don’t tell me.”

The footage also showed several other passengers come to Williams’ defense, asserting that the reality star was not the aggressor in the situation.

The other woman involved in the interaction alleged to police that Williams “assaulted” her on the flight, leaving her “afraid for my life.”

“She had her hands in my face, screaming, calling me crazy, on and on,” the woman claimed, adding that she then attempted to protect herself by recording the incident. However, Williams allegedly threw her phone out of her hand.

After the ordeal, the FBI announced that an investigation had been launched into the case.
