The trailer for Ranveer Singh’s highly anticipated film Dhurandhar was launched in Mumbai today, bringing together key members of the cast and crew, including R. Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, and debutant Sara Arjun. However, veteran actors Sanjay Dutt and Akshaye Khanna, who play pivotal roles in the film, were notably absent from the event.

Addressing their absence, co-star Arjun Rampal initially explained that the two actors couldn’t attend due to visa-related issues. “Sanjay sir and Akshaye couldn’t be here today as they didn’t get their visas on time. They were really looking forward to joining us for the launch, but unfortunately, it didn’t work out,” he said.
Later, the film’s management clarified that Arjun’s comment was meant as a joke, confirming that both actors were busy shooting other projects and could not attend the launch.
Despite their absence, the trailer launch was full of energy, with Ranveer Singh leading the festivities. The newly released trailer gave fans a glimpse of the film’s high-octane action sequences, intense character arcs, and impactful dialogues.
Arjun Rampal added that Sanjay Dutt and Akshaye Khanna delivered strong performances in the film. “We are all excited for the audience to see what Dhurandhar has to offer,” he said.
Directed by Aditya Dhar, Dhurandhar features an ensemble cast and is scheduled for a theatrical release on December 5.
