Kali Uchis attended the Elle Women in Hollywood event in Los Angeles on Monday wearing an ensemble which married the coquette aesthetic with the subdued elegance of gray hues, and it was all grounded by a unique pair of sandals.

Uchis showcased a triple strap mule sandal style with a silver satiny upper. The design played with texture and form as it featured three straps stretching across the foot with a loop coming out of a buckle at the center of each one, adding significant dimension to the sandals. They were otherwise minimalist in terms of silhouette, with a classic stiletto heel elevating the set in back.

The singer-songwriter selected the shoes to accompany a layered gray ensemble including a crocheted skirt with floral appliqués and a matching cardigan over a structured strapless dress featuring a subtle pattern and a bell-shaped skirt.
Fellow attendees at the Elle Women in Hollywood event included honoree Teyana Taylor, who wore a gold version of René Caovilla’s Juniper sandal, and Jennifer Aniston, also an honoree, who wore a sparkling black halter neck dress from Ralph Lauren, one of the event’s sponsors.

Uchis’ taste in footwear is wide-ranging. Contrasting the more delicate shoe look worn on Monday, the musician wore white platform sandals from Charles & Keith during a Q&A at the Billboard Latin Music Week 2025 in October. Her on-stage style encompasses a range of silhouettes including sandals, pumps and boots. Performing on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” in September, for example, she wore Christian Louboutin’s ballet-inspired Cassia Lace Up pump, and on stage at Coachella in April, she wore a pair of bold red knee-high boots.
