Fashion is a bit like Richard Scarry’s Busy Town, there’s always more than one thing happening. When designers present new collections, they’re not only suggesting new styles, but reflecting the way people are living (or how they imagine them to be).
What do fashion people do all day? That’s a question we started to answer through the spring 2026 collections last week, and continue to explore below. To a list that includes reading, tuning into music, working out, and traveling, we can now add pet sitting, tree hugging, star gazing, and much more. Which activity do you most identify with?
