What began as a disagreement over timing and kitchen responsibilities soon spiraled into a personal clash, drawing the attention of several housemates.

The argument reportedly started when Ashnoor expressed her irritation with Malti’s attitude, calling her ‘Farhana 2.0’ and claiming she had ‘no personality of her own’. Malti fired back, saying she had been waiting for Ashnoor for nearly 15 minutes and was frustrated by her delay. The spat intensified as both refused to back down.
Earlier in the day, Ashnoor was seen venting to Gaurav and Pranit about Malti’s behavior. She explained that when she asked Malti to prepare halwa together, Malti declined, saying she needed to get ready first. Later, when Ashnoor began cooking on her own, Malti instructed her to increase the flame to speed things up, which Ashnoor refused to do, fearing the halwa would burn. Gaurav sided with Ashnoor, suggesting that Malti’s attitude should be called out.
Things further escalated when Malti later told Ashnoor she didn’t like her tone during the kitchen exchange. Ashnoor defended herself, saying Malti could have joined her earlier instead of delaying. The situation worsened when Farhana, overhearing their argument, made a taunting remark — “Now listen to these illogical talks” — prompting Malti to lash out in anger.
Ashnoor asked her to mind her language, to which Malti shot back, “Chhoti hai toh chhoti reh (If you are a young girl, stay that way).” The verbal duel continued as Ashnoor called Malti pagal, leading Malti to remind her to “behave her age.” The two also clashed over how Ashnoor addressed different housemates, with Malti questioning why she called Bajaj “aap” but addressed her as “tu.” Ashnoor responded firmly, saying, “It’s my equation with Bajaj, I can call him whatever I want.”
The confrontation ended with Ashnoor telling Malti to manage her time better and not shift the blame for her own delay, concluding, “If you want to get ready before your duty, that’s your personal call — don’t put it on me.”
