Elizabeth Olsen Styles Red Hot Miu Miu Midi Dress for ‘Eternity’ Screening

Elizabeth Olsen‘s custom Miu Miu look channeled fiery energy for the special screening of her new film “Eternity” in Los Angeles on Wednesday night.

The actress styled a scarlet red midi dress from the Italian high fashion women’s clothing and accessory brand, with styling provided by Elizabeth Stewart and Jordan Grossman. The dress featured a square neckline with playful ruffled sleeves that connected to the waist, adding a touch of dimension.

The midi look was further designed with a high waistline, providing definition to the silhouette, which transitioned into a column skirt. Olsen continued her red hot motif with her slingback pumps by Le Silla, but opted for silver tones of jewelry with her vintage David Webb earrings, provided by The Back Vault.

Despite Olsen’s custom Miu Miu look evoking a red-carpet-ready aura, the ruffled motif of the sleeves harkened back to the Italian brand’s most recent collection. Throughout Miuccia Prada’s curation of domestic workwear-inspired pieces for the spring 2026 ready-to-wear collection, ruffled elements on the edges of several aprons featured throughout in the collection.

“Gradually, the aprons and smocks became fancier, accruing metal studs, ruffled edges or dazzling crystal embroideries. Some aprons came styled over bikinis; others over navy wool sweaters,” Miles Socha observed in WWD’s review of the collection, which debuted during Paris Fashion Week in October.

“Milla Jovovich’s came in leather with a ruffled bib, and there were evening apron options in black lace, too,” Socha wrote. Along with providing inspiration for Olsen’s custom frock, selections from Miu Miu’s spring 2026 ready-to-wear collection have already been styled by such stars as Emma Corrin, who also serves as a frequent campaign star and global ambassador for the brand.

“Eternity” follows Joan, played by Elizabeth Olsen, who, upon finding herself in the afterlife, must choose between the man she spent her life with, played by Miles Teller, and her first love, played by Callum Turner, who died young and has waited for her for decades. The film hits theaters Nov. 26.
