The shoes were a tasteful addition to her Victorian era-inspired look, with a dress from Zoe Gustavia Anna Whalen’s spring 2026 collection being the focal point of her ensemble. The strapless dress featured a floral-patterned corset top which had a long, white, braided cord detailing along the front. The corset look was accompanied by a long, textured skirt with a ruffled hem.

Pattinson wore black fisherman Dior sandals paired with black socks. The actor has been a brand ambassador for Dior since 2013, and his outfit for the premiere was a look from the fashion house’s men’s spring 2026 collection. He wore a sharp black suit and a white button-up, layered under an off-white vest, with a long white fringe scarf hanging from the bottom of it.
Pattinson stars in the film alongside Jennifer Lawrence, who stars as Grace, a writer and young mother, who is slowly slipping into madness. Locked away in an old house in Montana, her increasingly agitated and erratic behavior leaves her companion, Jackson, played by Pattinson, worried and helpless. The film was directed by Lynne Ramsay and hits theaters Friday.
