Bengaluru children’s ‘Eco Wala’ paper-bag pitch earns shout-out from Harsh Goenka

A video of a group of Bengaluru children presenting a creative pitch for their paper-bag startup has caught the attention of industrialist Harsh Goenka.

The industrialist could not hold himself back from sharing the video and praising their effort.

Three children — Sharada, Nachiket and Samudyata — introduced their eco-friendly venture, ‘Eco Wala’, in the widely shared clip.

Their business makes handmade paper bags without using glue or scissors, a process they proudly explained in their pitch.

They also detailed their subscription model, offering customers two paper bags delivered to their doorstep every Sunday for a monthly fee of 10. They added that they provide extra bags for functions and events, and even give complimentary samples to new customers.

Impressed by their initiative, Goenka posted the clip on X and wrote, “Forget Shark Tank, forget Ideabaaz, this pitch stole my heart…”
