Netflix is all set to bring viewers a unique glimpse into Bollywood’s most iconic family with the new show Dining with the Kapoors, streaming worldwide from November 21. The series marks 100 years of the legendary Raj Kapoor and celebrates the legacy of India’s first film family.

Created by Armaan Jain, directed and written by Smriti Mundhra, and produced by Aavashyak Media, Dining with the Kapoors offers a fly-on-the-wall, documentary-style look at the Kapoor family’s life behind the scenes. The show captures their laughter, playful banter, and the timeless bonds that have shaped generations of Bollywood history.
Armaan Jain said, “Bringing the Kapoor khandan together around the table felt like unlocking generations of stories — the laughter, the chaos, the endless food, and of course, the banter that’s in our DNA. This is my way of honouring my Nanaji, Raj Kapoor, and celebrating the timeless bond that keeps us together.”
The series brings together multiple generations of the Kapoor family, including Randhir Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, Rima Jain, Ranbir Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, and more. Shot in an intimate, documentary style, the show offers unfiltered moments of conversation, family traditions, and heartfelt memories, all infused with the humour and charm the Kapoors are known for.
