Naga Chaitanya is currently busy with his next, which is an ambitious project tentatively titled NC24. He got talking about the film in an interview with us.

Tell us about your new film?
NC24 is a mythical thriller. I play a treasure hunter in the film. The narrative of the film is driven by predictions that leads me into a journey confronting forces of destiny and evil along the way. The film also stars Meenakshi Choudhary, Jayaram, Sparsh Srivastava, Satya, Ravindra Vijay. It’s produced by BVSN Prasad and Sukumar, music is by Ajaneesh Loknath.
What is its USP?
It’s a first of a kind for me being part of a genre like this and also a unique world building heavy on VFX.
When do you hope to release it?
40 percent of the shoot is done and are aiming for a 2026 summer release.
How adventurous do you feel as an actor? Do you feel the audience is more inclined to come to theatres for spectacular films?
With this one, it’s definitely an adventurous outing for me, being it the role I’m playing or as an actor collaborating with the vast scale of VFX and action sequences.
Are you happy with the films on offer?
There is no restriction on the kind of films audience is enjoying at the theatres. We have been continuously seeing that the content and concept are sitting at top. Audiences have been celebrating all kinds of films at theatre’s that they resonate to. Be it any genre on any canvas.
