Danny (Donnie Wahlberg) and Baez (Marisa Ramirez) from Blue Bloods are finally a couple, thanks to Boston Blue. But another couple emerged in the spinoff’s second episode — an offscreen couple, that is. Kenric Green, husband of Sonequa Martin-Green, made his Boston Blue debut in the Friday, October 24, episode. Martin-Green tells us about what it was like to work with him on the series and teased the chances of their characters getting together.
Green plays Charlie Price, Boston District Attorney Mae Silver’s (Gloria Reuben) chief of staff. Martin-Green plays Detective Lena Silver, Mae’s daughter, and she tells us, “He and I joke that we’re going to try and get these two together.”
