NEW DELHI: Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge on Thursday appointed Manish Sharma as the new in-charge of the Indian Youth Congress (IYC). AICC general secretary K. C. Venugopal said, “Congress president has appointed Manish Sharma as the in-charge of the Indian Youth Congress with immediate effect,” adding, “The party appreciates the contributions of the outgoing in-charge Krishna Allavaru.”The Indian Youth Congress said on X, “A new chapter begins! Heartiest congratulations to Manish Sharma ji on taking charge as In-Charge, Indian Youth Congress.
