The model wore By Far’s Nieves knee-high boots in black lamb napa leather — a fitted style that closely traces the calf with clean vertical stitch lines and no external hardware. The boot features an elongated square toe and a 5.5cm block heel with a subtle inward curve at the back. A hidden side zip and leather sole complete the construction.

She paired the boots with sheer black tights and a black bodysuit, layered under a voluminous white faux-fur coat. Her black By Far Hannah tote matched the boots in texture and tone.

The silhouette marks a pivot from Palvin’s last major shoe moment. Just over a month ago, she arrived at the U.S. Open in lace-covered Casadei pumps — pointed stilettos with an allover white overlay. At Venice, she followed a similar lace-slingback direction with Betsey Johnson’s embroidered Nikki pumps. The move from delicate lace stilettos to pared-back square-toe boots emphasizes a seasonal shift for the Victoria’s Secret Angel.

She’s not alone in the transition, either. Black knee-high boots with squared or rectangular toes have been surfacing across recent celebrity appearances. Last Friday, Zaya Wade anchored her GLAAD Gala look with a minimalist square-toe pair in a similar register. In late September, Dakota Johnson wore Saint Laurent’s towering Nico platform boots in Zurich, while Shakira joined the slouchy boot revival at Global Citizen Festival in pointed black leather with a concealed wedge.

The appearance comes two days before Palvin walks in the 2025 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. She has been a Victoria’s Secret Angel since 2019 and made her runway debut for the brand in 2012.
