The festive season began early for Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas as they attended a Diwali bash, ‘All That Glitters’, hosted by the global icon’s manager, Anjula Acharia. The bash drew figures from Bollywood, Hollywood, and the South Asian business community. The couple, dressed in coordinated silver ethnic wear, joined the glitzy gathering shortly after celebrating Karwa Chauth.
Priyanka Chopra wore a sparkling ensemble by designer Zuhair Murad, featuring silver mirror beading and a white tulle halter top. She complemented the look with understated jewellery, opting for small earrings. Nick Jonas appeared in an ivory sherwani, offering a coordinated and elegant appearance.
The Diwali bash saw attendance from a notable mix of guests, including actors Aasif Mandvi, Gurinder Chadha, and Kal Penn, as well as musicians Jay Sean and Jessel Taank. The guest list also featured designers like Prabal Gurung and Falguni Peacock, and business leaders such as Robert Kyncl, Anjali Sud, and Bing Chen.
Priyanka shared pictures from the grand bash on Instagram and wrote, “My girl @anjula_acharia had such a wonderful kickstart to Diwali season in NYC. Meeting old friends and new is always so heartwarming… but to see the incredible South Asian community and our allies turn up in gorgeous, sparkling Diwali outfits to celebrate the victory of good over evil was so emotional, especially when the world is going through so much. Wishing everyone love, peace and prosperity this Diwali season (sic).”
