The actress recently graced the runway for ace designer Tarun Tahiliani, representing Lakme as its brand ambassador — and she did it in spectacular style.

The actress, dressed in a stunning bejewelled concept saree by Tarun Tahiliani, exuded timeless grace and confidence on the ramp. Speaking to Diet Sabya in her “first-ever fashion interview,” Aneet revealed she was feeling “nervous”. “I’d like to repeat, nervous,” she added. With her signature humor and humility, she admitted she could barely recall what she had for breakfast. “I think it was an avocado sandwich… or maybe a dosa. I don’t know. I was just looking forward to this so much!” she insisted.
Despite her nerves, Aneet described the experience of walking the ramp as “an adrenaline rush ride.” She elaborated, “The moment building up to it, you’re so scared and you don’t know what’s going to happen. And then it’s over, and you just feel so… alive.”
In another video for Elle, Aneet opened up about her look for the show and shared, “It’s a concept bejewelled saree by Tarun Tahiliani, and I feel absolutely incredible in it.” Further, her love for timeless fashion came through once again during this Rapid Fire session, where she described her personal style as “something that’s timeless, evergreen, a little effortless.”
As Lakme’s new face, Aneet also revealed her top beauty essentials — “My Lakme satin eye tint, my nude sparkle lip shade, some basic concealer, and a comb,” she shared. She further added that her current favourite is “Lakme’s nude sparkle. I’ve been using it a lot recently, and I think it’s going to be one of my evergreen favourites for a while.”
Off the runway, the actress enjoys exploring new culinary spots, often visiting trendy cafés like Blondie and Shelter by Javaphile. But when it comes to her work, she remains tight-lipped. “It’s nothing that I can talk about yet,” she teased about her upcoming projects. “But what I can say is that it’s really exciting, and I cannot wait to get started.”
