Heidi Klum went for an all-black look, completed with sleek Christian Louboutin pumps, to attend the “Blinded by Delight” Grand Show premiere in support of designer Jeremy Scott.

Klum opted for the 120 mm version of the relatively new Miss Z style from Christian Louboutin, which was seen during the French brand’s spring 2025 show at Paris Fashion Week last year and later hit the market in January. The fresh style, which was met with great buzz and speculation about whether or not Louboutin devotee Zendaya inspired it, is meant to be a more comfortable pump option for customers.
The Miss Z features an expanded toe box to give more room for the foot and a padded insole as well. The shoe is available in multiple heel heights and colors, including the soaring 120 mm version — about 4.7 inches — associated with the So Kate pump which Zendaya is known to wear. The style also features a tapered silhouette and “Everlasting Red” sole. Klum opted for a patent black version of the style which created a monochrome look for her.
Some of the additional celebrities to have sported the Miss Z include Kerry Washington and Doja Cat.

Klum selected the pumps to accompany a black dress with an undulating design. The garment featured an asymmetric skirt, wide structured sleeves and a cut out at the chest. A pair of ultra-sheer tights tied the look together.
The “Project Runway” host supported her friend Jeremy Scott, who made 500 costumes for “Blinded by Delight,” the new Grand Show at the Friedrichstadt-Palast theater in Berlin. Scott and Klum were both on the Prime Video series “Making the Cut” together.
