Rajvir Jawanda has been fighting for his life in the hospital after a deadly bike accident in Himachal Pradesh’s Baddi. After seven days, he continues to be on life support, and has not regained consciousness. While his family and friends continue to pray for his speedy recovery and a miracle, his friends from the Punjabi industry have united as they are helping the family with the hospital bills.
Rajvir Jawanda’s mother revealed how Punjabi industry friends have been helping them with the hospital bills
According to Kiddan Punjabi, Rajvir Jawanda’s mother shared that her son’s friends from the Punjabi industry have been helping them with the medical expenses. She expressed her gratitude to them for their help during these difficult times. Rajvir’s mother also mentioned that food and drinks are regularly sent to the family by his well-wishers and colleagues.
Rajvir Jawanda’s health update
According to a recent report by Patrika, the doctors performed an MRI on his brain, which showed significant hypoxic changes. On the other hand, an MRI of the spinal cord revealed significant damage to the cervical regions, leading to weakness in some of his limbs.
The famous singer continues to be on life support, while the doctors at Fortis hospital are doing their best to provide the best treatment to him. A report by Punjab Kesari revealed that the doctors are concerned that the injuries could lead to organ failure, which further diminishes his chances of recovery.
Rajvir Jawanda’s fatal accident
For the unversed, Rajvir was travelling to Shimla with his friends when he met with a severe accident in Baddi. Rajvir loves travelling on bikes, and he was riding a 1300cc motorcycle, which resulted in critical injuries. As per the reports, the singer sustained severe head, neck and spine injuries. He is currently receiving treatment at Fortis Hospital in Mohali. The accident occurred at approximately 1:45 p.m. on September 27, 2025.
It is worth mentioning that celebrities such as Gippy Grewal, Kanwar Grewal, and Kulwinder Billa have visited the singer in the hospital. The reports also claim that Rajvir didn’t receive immediate medical assistance, due to which he even suffered two heart attacks while he was being transferred to Fortis Hospital. He is currently on a ventilator, and his condition is still critical.
Singer, Jeet Jagjit also addressed the buzz around Rajvir’s health. He noted that the doctors have restricted visitors. He even clarified the buzz around Rajvir being declared brain dead. Jeet clarified that no such confirmations exist and urged everyone to pray for Rajvir’s good health in these tough times.
Rajvir Jawanda’s wife didn’t want him to go on the trip before his accident
Not only this, Rajvir Jawanda’s close friend revealed the singer’s last conversation with his wife. In an interaction with Daily Post Punjabi, a close friend shared that the family is in deep pain at the moment and they are continuously praying for the singer’s speedy recovery. The friend revealed that the singer’s mother had mentioned that his wife didn’t want him to go for the ride that day. In fact, she had told the singer not to leave the house that day, but as they say, destiny had other plans for them.
