Mark Sanchez has a long list of famous women in his dating history.

The sports analyst — who was hospitalized on Oct. 4, 2025, after he was reportedly stabbed in downtown Indianapolis — has dated some of Hollywood’s most notable beauties before setting down with wife Perry Mattfeld.

As the former football star continues to heal, Page Six is taking a look back at some of Sanchez’s impressive off-field wins with women like Eva Longoria and Kate Upton.

Perry Mattfeld

Mattfeld started dating the former NFL star in 2017 and they later became engaged in May 2022.

Sanchez married his longtime girlfriend on May 28, 2023, inside of a historic colonial monastery in Oaxaca, Mexico.

“Emotional is a massive understatement. It all hit me at once like a mack truck and after that, I couldn’t turn off the tears! Tears of joy, love and gratitude for getting such an incredible life partner,” Sanchez previously told People of their ceremony.

The actress is best known for her roles on popular series such as “Shameless” and the CW’s “In the Dark.” She also currently stars on Hulu’s comedy series “Chad Powers” alongside Glen Powell.

Eva Longoria

In 2012, the former New York Jets quarterback dated Eva Longoria.

The “Desperate Housewives” star confirmed her romance with Sanchez in September 2012 after they were seen on several outings together.

However, the relationship was short-lived.

The couple reportedly called it quits in October 2012 with TMZ reporting at the time that the actress chose to end things due to Sanchez’s routinely sour mood over his team’s poor season record.

Kate Upton

Sanchez was rumored to have engaged in a brief fling with Kate Upton in 2011 after he was seen making several late-night trips to the supermodel’s former apartment.

The relationship was never officially confirmed, but Upton playfully addressed the rumored fling in 2012 when asked if she was single following her Sports Illustrated swimsuit cover.

“What do you think?” she teasingly answered.

It appears the exact reason for their split was not confirmed.

Hayden Panettiere

Also in 2011, Sanchez was rumored to have briefly dated Hayden Panettiere after they were seen spending time together.

However, the “Bring It On: All or Nothing” star denied any romantic relationship with the sports analyst at the time, saying they were “very good friends.”

“I swear I’m not dating him at all. Honestly. I’m a huge Jets fan and became very good friends with him and his buddies,” she told Us Weekly.

“There’s genuinely, absolutely nothing going on. I’ve always been that girl who has a lot of dude friends. I’m into sports so we have a lot in common, but no, definitely 100% not dating.”

Jamie Lynn Sigler

Jamie Lynn Sigler dated Sanchez in 2010, but ended up calling it quits after three months due to the footballer’s wandering eye.

“It was a mutual decision, but Jamie-Lynn was ready to move on from Mark. He is 23 and determined to prove he’s a hot commodity by playing the field, but she is 29 and is looking for a more mature and stable relationship,” a source told Page Six of the breakup at the time.

“They have been heading in different directions. Jamie-Lynn is focused on coming back to New York to star in ‘Love, Loss and What I Wore’ off-Broadway, while he’s heading upstate to train with the Jets.”

Lindsay McCormick

Page Six previously reported that sports reporter Lindsay McCormick had caught Sanchez’s eye in 2010.

A source told us at the time that she and the NFL star had been friends for some time before they decided to start seeing each other romantically.

“She’s a freelance sports reporter and spends a lot of time working in Portland, Oregon, so they haven’t been able to see a lot of each other,” the source said.

However, McCormick shut down claims of a relationship at the time, telling Page Six that Sanchez was an “acquaintance/friend.”

“I have known Mark for a number of months, and he is an acquaintance/friend, and anything reported as more than that would be false. Not to mention, I would never hear the end of the smack talk from my dad, who is a diehard Texans fan. So, as an avid sports fan, let’s allow Mark to place the focus where it should be — on the Green Bay defense,” she said.

Hilary Rhoda

Sanchez started dating model Hilary Rhoda in May 2009 after they worked together on a shoot for GQ Magazine.

At the time, a source told Page Six the pair had “instant chemistry.”

However, they broke up by September of that year, as Rhoda had begun dating Rangers star Sean Avery.
