Armitron and Peanuts have teamed up for a double celebratory collaboration, commemorating the 50th anniversary of the watch brand and 75th anniversary of the Charles M. Schulz comic strip with a limited-edition collection available now on Armitron’s official website.
The nine-piece collection of watches pays homage to beloved Peanuts characters, featuring Charlie Brown, Snoopy, Woodstock and the gang in vintage-inspired, nostalgic timepiece designs, priced between $75 and $95.

“This collection embodies everything Armitron stands for: celebrating individuality, quality and timeless style while honoring the cherished, nostalgic memories that shape our lives and can be passed down through generations,” Bobbie Weichselbaum, chief executive officer of E. Gluck Corp., said in a statement. “For 50 years, it has always been about more than watches; it’s been about keeping time on our wrists and in our hearts. It was only fitting for us to collaborate with the beloved Schulz characters once again to create timepieces that capture the joy, warmth and timeless spirit of Peanuts. We want to ensure that the generations of today have something to pass down for generations to come while also relighting the hearts of adults who once enjoyed our nostalgic launches.”

This isn’t the first time Armitron teamed up with Peanuts for unique watch designs. The brand featured Snoopy on its watch dial designs in the 1970s. Quickly becoming a favorite among kids and adults, Armitron received requests to rerelease the designs, per the brand.
Throughout the anniversary drop, Peanuts characters are integrated into Armitron’s watch faces, from the entire Charlie Brown gang dancing to playful Snoopy highlights — hugging Charlie Brown, lounging atop his classic red doghouse with Woodstock, and donning an oversize blue bow tie, among other designs.

The Armitron x Peanuts collection debuts amid several other brands’ collaborations with the comic strip. Body care brand Tree Hut, jewelry label BaubleBar and more partnered with Peanuts to commemorate the comic strip’s anniversary. Celebrations even went international, with the “Snoopy in Style: A History of Peanuts and Fashion” Paris exhibition, which ran from March 22 to April 5.
