The actress was accompanied by her on-screen partner in crime and close friend Varun Dhawan. However, while the episode was filled with fun, the actress’s revelation about her bond with her husband, Ranbir Kapoor, is what caught everyone’s eye. The actress revealed that her biggest personal troll lives at home. Referring to her husband, Ranbir Kapoor, she admitted that he loves playfully teasing her more than anyone else.
The actress got candid about her relationship with Ranbir Kapoor on the talk show. Alia Bhatt reflected on how their relationship was never ‘rose-tinted or dewy-eyed’ but based on pure friendship and trust. The actress revealed that while her bond with Ranbir wasn’t like a blind love saga, it was built on trust, friendship, and respect. She was quoted as saying:
“Ranbir and I have a natural friendship, so it was never this like dewy eye or rose-tinted glasses sort of relationship. There was a relationship of best friends. Of course, I married him for a reason because I think he’s wonderful to me and just as a human being. But 100 per cent the person I love trolling is him, and the person he loves trolling the most is me.”

She added that for her, respect was the most important thing in a marriage and in a union. Talking about marriage, Alia was also asked about her decision to go for a quiet and private wedding over a lavish affair. The actress reflected on the same and stated:
“It’s just who we are. We are homebodies, very socially awkward, and we were like it’s our wedding day, and we just want the closest people in our lives with us.”

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt tied the knot in April 2022 after dating for several years. The couple had an intimate wedding ceremony held at their home in Mumbai.
