‘Bigg Boss 19’ continues to bring heartfelt moments to the forefront as contestants open up about personal struggles inside the house. In a recent clip from the latest episode, Farrhana Bhatt spoke to co-contestant Kunickaa Sadanand about growing up in a broken family.

She shared that her parents separated when her mother was just 25 and made a heartbreaking confession about her father. “I have not seen him. I have just seen him in pictures,” she added that his absence has always felt “scary.”

The conversation took another turn when Kunickaa shared her own story of separation. She recalled her first divorce from Abhay Kothari at the age of 20 and the difficulties she faced while fighting for her son’s custody.

She explained, “Mai 9 saal apne bete ke liye ladi. Yaha kamaati thi Bombay mein, fir bhaag gayi Delhi court. Fir usne mujhe ek din bola ‘Mumma, please aap dono me se koi toh give up karo, warna meri padhai ek dum kharab hojayegi’ (I fought for my son for nine years. I used to earn in Bombay, then I had to rush to the Delhi court. One day he said to me, ‘Mumma, please, one of you two give up, otherwise my studies will get completely ruined.’). Tab maine bola ki mai nahi ladungi. (Then I said that I will not fight.)”

‘Bigg Boss 19’ has often showcased contestants’ vulnerabilities, and this exchange between Farrhana and Kunickaa adds a deeper, emotional layer to the ongoing season. Their heartfelt confessions about family, separation, and resilience remind viewers that behind the glamour of reality television lie deeply human stories of struggle and survival.
