Mandana Karimi, who rose to fame with her stint in the reality show, Bigg Boss 9, got hospitalised due to exhaustion and stress. The actress shared her scary hospital incident and how things took an ugly turn when it came to her health, making her think that it was her last breath.
Mandana Karimi shared her scary hospital visit
On September 30, 2025, Mandana Karimi, who starred in Kyaa Kool Hain Hum 3, took to her Instagram handle and shared that she was admitted to the hospital due to exhaustion, dehydration, and stress. Mandana added that she had been on the move for days and nights due to work, flights, events and late-night meetings. However, her body gave up on Friday. She felt like it was her last breath. Mandana shared:
“I’ve been on the move for days months straight flights, events, late nights, meetings, chasing deadlines and dreams. The boss-lady energy has been real. But on Friday, my body said, “not today.” What I thought was my last heartbeat turned out to be exhaustion, dehydration, and stress disguised as something far scarier.”
Mandana further revealed that after a series of tests and scans, she discovered that her body and mind are in good condition. It is just that she has been working too hard, and it was a reminder from her body. Mandana promised herself to take better care of her body. She concluded her long note by mentioning:
“I’ve been running on adrenaline, ignoring its whispers, waiting until it had to scream. Watching the ECO of my own heart, I couldn’t help but say, ‘thank you.’ Thank you for holding me when I push too far. Thank you for forgiving me every time I forget to slow down. This post is my reminder, and maybe yours too that strength isn’t only about powering through. It’s also about pausing. It’s about honoring the body that carries us through it all, with grace, even when we don’t. To my heart, to my body: I see you. I appreciate you. I promise to take better care.”

For the unversed, Mandana Karimi was earlier married to Gaurav Gupta, but their marriage ended on a sad note. When Mandana participated in one of the popular reality show, Lock Upp, she made a shocking revelation about her ex-husband, Gaurav Gupta. She revealed that during the four years of living separately, her ex-husband never tried to reach out to her. She also accused Gaurav of sleeping with whoever she knew. Mandana also revealed that Gaurav had acted like she didn’t even exist during their separation phase.
For the unversed, Mandana Karimi and Gaurav Gupta got married on January 25, 2017, in a court marriage. The two also had a Hindu wedding on March 5, 2017. However, it was barely six months after their wedding when the actress filed a case of domestic violence and mental torture against her husband, Gaurav and her in-laws. Later, the duo got divorced in 2021 after living separately for four years.
