Actress Sahher Bambba recently opened up about her memorable first encounter with Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan. In an exclusive conversation with Bollywood Hungama, the actress recalled the moment that left her both nervous and overwhelmed.

Sharing the details of the special day, Sahher revealed, “I met him the first time at Red Chillies office when we were having this little puja right before the show. He is somebody I’ve grown up loving and admiring. I know all the dialogues to his films. I know all the hook steps to his songs.”
She went on to describe how her admiration for the actor translated into a surreal experience when she finally met him in person. “Even now, when we dance at Mannat together at his parties, he and I end up dancing to ‘Chammak Challo’ because I just know all the steps. To finally see him in person. I remember the first time I froze a little because I couldn’t believe I was seeing this person in real life. But he was so sweet and warm, and I think he sensed that I was a little shy,” she said.
What truly left an impression on her was Khan’s affectionate gesture. Sahher recalled, “He came up, hugged me, and said, ‘Congratulations, welcome to Red Chillies.’ He has always been so warm.”
For Sahher, who has admired Shah Rukh Khan since childhood, meeting him was nothing short of a dream come true. Her candid recollection not only highlights her admiration for the superstar but also underlines why Khan continues to hold a special place in the hearts of fans and colleagues alike.
