Diljit Dosanjh’s recent performance in Hong Kong has left fans moved by his kindness and warmth. During his Aura Asia-Pacific Tour on September 28, Diljit shared a touching moment with a young fan that quickly went viral.

In a video posted on Instagram, Diljit is seen performing his hit track ‘Ikk Kudi’ when a little girl in a white frock hops onto the stage and gives him a warm hug. She then dances alongside him, and Diljit matches her steps, creating a heartwarming scene. The singer’s protective instincts kicked in as he noticed the child moving close to the edge of the stage; he immediately ran to her side to ensure she didn’t fall. At one point, he even carried her in his arms while continuing his performance.
Diljit captioned the video, “I don’t have words. HONG KONG. It was Best Night. Bahut Pyaar.” The clip resonated with fans worldwide, who praised his genuine care and humility. One fan commented, “This guy… this song… and the little kid… I kept smiling throughout the video…. love and respect for Diljit…” Another wrote, “He’s playing, He’s making sure she doesn’t fall, and he’s carrying her… this is the purest thing I’ve seen today.”
The girl’s mother also expressed her gratitude in the comments, saying, “Thank you so much @diljitdosanjh for calling my daughter Vera on stage to perform with you… it was a breathtaking moment for us. She thoroughly enjoyed it!”
The tour kicked off on September 24 in Kuala Lumpur. Following his Hong Kong show, Diljit is set to perform in Sydney on October 26, Brisbane on October 29, Melbourne on November 1, Adelaide on November 5, Perth on November 9, Auckland on November 13, and Bangkok on December 7.
In other news, Diljit has recently earned a nomination for Best Performance by an Actor for his role in Netflix’s biographical drama Amar Singh Chamkila. He will be competing alongside David Mitchell (Ludwig), Oriol Pla (Yo, Adicto), and Diego Vasquez (One Hundred Years of Solitude). The film has also received a nomination in the Best TV Movie/Mini-Series category. Looking ahead, Diljit will appear in Border 2, sharing the screen with Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, and Ahan Shetty, with the film slated for release on January 23, 2026.
