From the wedding cake to the top-notch family moments, it seems that Lana’s wedding was a close-knit event, yet aesthetically pleasing. In one of the photos, she was seen posing with her husband, while other snaps featured her family members enjoying their hearts out at the ceremony.
Lana looked like an angel as she slipped into her wedding gown, completing her look with soft makeup and her signature hairstyle. She surely looked like a Victorian princess, wearing that pretty dress. In one of the glimpses, we could see the wedding cake, which was aesthetically pleasing.

The story behind Lana Del Rey’s wedding dress is actually layered. It was designed by an LA-based brand, Cinq. The designer revealed to Vogue that Lana first arrived at the store to pick out one of her friends’ wedding dresses, a river gown, which the latter didn’t purchase. However, Lana’s eyes were stuck on that piece, and she wanted it to be her wedding dress, that or something similar. The designer revealed that a bridal stylist had said she would make Lana’s wedding dress, and she laughed it off, only to receive a call from the singer on the very same day, asking her to make her wedding dress. Lana had previously tried contacting the brand, but the conversation somehow didn’t take place. Well, the deal was done. The designer revealed:
“She was just like, ‘I love that dress. I felt like it was my dress from the moment that I saw it,’” Macye continues. “I’m actually getting married in a few months, and it just feels so serendipitous that I came in here with my friend.’”

Lana Del Rey, being the kind soul she is, gave handwritten notes to the designers and even bridesmaids’ boxes. Well, regarding the dress, the designers shared that it took them the whole night to create a plan, and that’s understandable, since it had to be iconic. They decided to keep the skirt lacy and add signature bows to make the Victorian dress feel more like the singer. Talking more about the same, the designers shared:
“We decided to add lace to the skirt and she wanted these pickups with little bows to really put her spin on it. It was very Victorian. We wanted to make that read through the design more. So we added her little signature bows and just kind of made it more Lana.”
