A blue mood never looked so cheerful.

Chanel rounded out a busy month of parties in New York to celebrate the launch of Bleu de Chanel L’Exclusif, its new men’s fragrance that debuted in August.

On Thursday, attendees including Chris Briney, Teyana Taylor and Scott Eastwood, among others, turned out alongside Chanel in-house perfumer creator Olivier Polge for the rooftop gathering off of Madison Square Park, boasting views of the skyline.

“They turned the Empire State Building blue,” noted Eastwood as he shuffled his way from the garden terrace back indoors.

As for his past experiences with the brand, “One of my best friends had one and that was his scent,” Eastwood said. “I remember seeing it, thinking it was a big deal — he was a little older than me, a little cooler.”

“It was what all the cool guys wore,” Manny Jacinto echoed. “I also went to a French immersion school, so I would always think I was a part of that group.”

Taylor cruised in, clearly riding high from the release of “One Battle After Another,” in which she stars alongside Leonardo DiCaprio, Regina Hall and Sean Penn.

“The whole cast, everything — it’s the perfect ensemble,” Taylor said of the project. “Every single person, everywhere you look, is just killing it.”

On the fragrance front, Taylor got in on the new scent, too. “I’m a layerer, and a mixer. I added it to my little concoction today,” Taylor said of the new product. “Growing up with my mom being into fashion and fragrances, of course, with Chanel No.5, if you didn’t have that on your dresser, you just weren’t a cool girl. I had my first experience of Chanel at a young age.”

“I remember the first Bleu de Chanel commercial which [Martin] Scorsese directed,” said Briney, hot on the heels of “The Summer I Turned Pretty”‘s season finale. “I love Scorsese. He also did Timothée’s [Chalamet] Being here, it’s so full-circle.”
