JioHotstar has unveiled the trailer of its upcoming Hotstar Specials’ thriller, Search: The Naina Murder Case, a dark and twisted murder mystery headlined by the ever-versatile Konkona Sen Sharma. At the heart of the story lies ACP Sanyukta Das, portrayed by Konkona Sen Sharma, a seasoned investigator preparing to move departments in an effort to salvage her marriage. But her plans take an unexpected turn when the brutal murder of a teenage girl drags her into one last case — one that threatens to unravel not just her life but also the secrets of everyone involved.
Produced by Applause Entertainment and Highgate Entertainment in association with Applause Production, and directed by Rohan Sippy, the series pairs ACP Sanyukta with rookie cop ACP Jai Kanwal, played by Surya Sharma. Together, they dive into a high-stakes investigation that peels back the layers of a society where truth is the rarest currency and everyone is a suspect. The ensemble also features Shiv Pandit, Varun Thakur, Dhruv Sehgal, Shraddha Das, and more.
