The Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA) has concluded final placements for the 2023–25 batch of its Post Graduate Programme in Food and Agribusiness Management (MBA-FABM).
Out of 52 offers made, 44 were accepted, with participation from 35 companies. The placement process concluded on February 6, 2025, and was conducted in hybrid mode with 44 students participating.
SALARY HIGHLIGHTS
According to the audited report, the highest maximum earning potential stood at Rs 41.83 lakh per annum. The average salary was Rs 18.39 lakh, while the median stood at Rs 17.99 lakh.

DIVERSE RECRUITERS AND ROLES
Top recruiters included Accenture, Amul, Ernst & Young, Nestl, PepsiCo, Godrej Agrovet, and PI Industries. New recruiters such as Ashirvad by Aliaxis, Jain Irrigation, and Novasol Ingredients also participated.
Roles spanned consulting, sales and marketing, business development, strategy, and supply chain management. Consulting, sales and marketing emerged as the most sought-after categories.
Three students received lateral offers, 12 secured pre-placement offers (PPOs), and one opted out to pursue entrepreneurship under the IIMAvericks Fellowship.
