Ousmane Dembélé has won the 2025 Men’s Ballon d’Or. The soccer star received the award at the 69th Ballon d’Or ceremony in Paris on Monday, while wearing a custom-made Zegna tuxedo.

“If I could talk to young Ousmane, I would tell him that dreams have no boundaries and that nothing is impossible. Hard work, respect for others, and respect for the game — that’s the key,” Dembélé said in a statement shared by the Italian brand with WWD.

Dembélé’s outfit featured a black shawl-collar silk and wool blazer with satin details, paired with wide-leg trousers, worn over an ivory high-collar silk shirt. He finished the look with chunky leather evening loafers also from the brand.

“For a moment as special as the Ballon d’Or, I chose a suit that tells a story: one of collective effort, precision, and passion for what is done with care,” Dembélé said.
