A touching father-son moment stole the spotlight at the premiere of The Ba***ds of Bollywood in Mumbai on Wednesday when Aryan Khan stepped into the photographer’s role for his film-star father, Shah Rukh Khan. The premiere, which saw Shah Rukh’s entire immediate family, including wife Gauri Khan and their children Suhana and AbRam, became a memorable evening not only for Aryan’s directorial debut, but also for this endearing gesture.

As media photographers positioned themselves to capture Shah Rukh’s arrival, the superstar paused and gestured toward Aryan, who was standing nearby. Promptly, Aryan moved forward and snapped photos of his father interacting with the paparazzi from several angles. The interaction, spontaneous yet warm, quickly became one of the evening’s most talked-about moments, resonating with fans on social media.
Gauri Khan watched on with affection, while children Suhana and AbRam joined Aryan and Shah Rukh on the carpet.
The event drew many familiar faces. Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt arrived in coordinated whites; Vicky Kaushal came solo. Other attendees included Tamannaah Bhatia, Bhumi Pednekar, Kajol, Ajay Devgn, Madhuri Dixit, Ananya Panday, as well as younger Kapoor entrants like Navya Naveli Nanda and Khushi Kapoor. The Ba***ds of Bollywood, written and directed by Aryan Khan under the Red Chillies Entertainment banner, promises viewers a chaotic yet fascinating journey into the “world of dreams.” Its first preview video was released earlier, and the series is set to debut on Netflix on September 18.
