Kajol and Twinkle Khanna attended the fun-filled launch of Two Much With Kajol And Twinkle at a five-star hotel in Mumbai. They were joined by Nikhil Madhok, director and head of originals at Prime Video India, and Mrinalini Jain, Group Chief Development Officer at Banijay Asia and Endemol Shine India. As expected, Kajol and Twinkle stole the show with their witty one-liners and rarely got serious. They raised the most laughs when asked about the prominent stars’ absence on the show.

When asked if Shah Rukh Khan would appear in the final episode, Kajol said, “Confirm with him. Woh aayega stage pe toh poochh lena!”
Twinkle Khanna joked, “Shah Rukh came. We asked questions, but he didn’t answer. After some time, he wanted to go to the bathroom. So, they took him away. We were quite disappointed. But then we realized that we couldn’t get his dates. So, Mrinalini got a cardboard cut-out of Shah Rukh Khan. We have that in our bloopers. You can watch it!”
A journalist asked how their husbands, Ajay Devgn and Akshay Kumar, reacted to them coming together. Kajol laughed as she said, “We came together only to irritate them! We were like, ‘No more censorship. It shall not happen again. It’s a law. We have passed it’!”
Twinkle Khanna replied, “My husband always tells me, ‘Chashma pehen lo’ which is a code word for ‘keep quiet’. So, now, I have told him, ‘Chashma toot gaya’!” She added, “We are known for saying things to people on people’s faces, which is why we are always in trouble. At least, I am.” When Kajol remarked, “You get in trouble for your newspaper columns as well,” Twinkle answered, “But that’s better. When I write, I can edit. But while speaking, I don’t edit!”
At another point, Twinkle shared another gem, “We have a philosophy. We don’t keep anything in our stomachs. We just throw up on people. Then, they are covered in vomit and we walk on!”
The last question was whether Ajay Devgn and Akshay Kumar would appear on the show. Twinkle Khanna kept the mystery alive by saying, “I can only speak and say that there are a lot of AKs in the show. Maybe, if you are lucky, you’ll get the one you want!”
