If the latest Weekend Ka Vaar of ‘Bigg Boss 19’ is to go by, the budding friendship (or we should say romance) between Baseer Ali and Nehal Chudasama is over. The declaration came days after Baseer comforted Nehal after an emotional breakdown during the captaincy task.\
In the absence of actor Salman Khan, the ‘Jolly LLB 3’ team continued to host the show. ‘Jolly LLB 3’ actor Akshay Kumar returned for the second day of ‘Weekend Ka Vaar’ and was later joined by his co-star Saurabh Shukla. After the duo left, Farah Khan took charge to announce a double eviction. Natalia Janoszek and Nagma Mirajkar became the first two contestants to be evicted from the reality show.
Baseer and Nehal call it quits
During a segment with Farah, the contestants were asked who they would like to end their chapter/friendship with. This is where Baseer mentioned Nehal’s name. While the confession shocked everyone, Nehal said she saw it coming.
When probed further, she stated that Baseer told Amaal Mallik and Zeishan Quadri about an incident that was very personal to her. Nehal expressed that she did not like Baseer sharing a traumatic incident that happened to her with the rest of the housemates.
Nehal faces wrath
Just before the disagreement, Nehal was called out by the rest of the housemates during a task for blowing a small argument out of proportion. In the task, Saurabh Shukla mentioned various offences, and the housemates had to share who was guilty of it.
Referring to the captaincy task, Nehal said she told Amaal multiple times that she is not having an emotional breakdown because of him. Amaal strongly deferred, stating the allegations put against him by Nehal were serious, and he was made to feel guilty.
Kunickaa Sadanand was also called out by the majority of the housemates for putting the blame on others after committing mistakes.
Housemates defend Ashnoor and Tanya
The episode also saw Akshay resolving pending cases in the house. In the verdict room, the housemates had to discuss the issue of Ashnoor Kaur’s fake sweetness and Tanya’s victim card.
Farrhana Bhatt admitted that she tried to trigger Ashnoor to get a reaction. She said Ashnoor has a fiery side but tries to hide it. Tanya joined in to back Farrhana’s claims. However, the whole house supported Ashnoor to claim she is actually sweet.
Kunickaa stepped up to level allegations against Tanya. She was joined by Nehal and Mridul. However, it was declared by a popular vote that Tanya is not guilty.
Double eviction
The episode ended with Natalia and Nagma bidding goodbye, Shehbaz Badesha trying to cheer the house, and Amaal singing a song. It will be interesting to see how the equations change between housemates after the double eviction.
