The much-awaited 28th instalment of Madhya Pradesh’s flagship Ladli Behna Yojana is all set to be released soon. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will transfer the instalment amount directly into the bank accounts of women beneficiaries on September 13, 2025. Under this instalment, 1.27 crore women, popularly known as Ladli Behna, will receive Rs 1250 each.

This government scheme has been providing crucial financial support to women across the state, helping them achieve self-reliance and financial security. Interestingly, this may be the last instalment of Rs 1250, as CM Mohan Yadav has already announced that after Diwali, the instalment amount is likely to increase to Rs 1500. With festive celebrations around the corner, the update has brought excitement among the beneficiaries eagerly waiting for the transfer.

As per official information, the 28th instalment of the Ladli Behna Yojana will be transferred on September 13, 2025. CM Mohan Yadav is expected to press the digital button for the transfer from Petlawad in Jhabua district.

This time, each beneficiary will receive Rs 1250 in her account. A total of 1.27 crore women across Madhya Pradesh will benefit from this transfer.

According to the Chief Minister’s earlier announcement, the scheme amount may rise to Rs 1500 per instalment after Diwali 2025. If implemented, it will provide even more support to women beneficiaries.

The 27th installment was released on August 7, 2025, when Rs 1,859 crore was transferred to 1.26 crore women. On the occasion of Raksha Bandhan, CM Mohan Yadav had also given an extra Rs 250 as a festive shagun along with the regular Rs 1250.

    WHAT IS LADLI BEHNA YOJANA?

The Ladli Behna Yojana is a social welfare scheme launched by the Madhya Pradesh government.
