Taylor Frankie Paul was earlier married to Tate Paul. The couple tied the knot in 2016. They welcomed two children, Indy and Ocean. However, their marriage didn’t last long, and they decided to part ways in 2022. After the divorce, Taylor fell in love again with Dakota Mortensen, a real estate agent and a recovering addict, as per his Instagram. In March 2024, Taylor welcomed her third child and first one with her boyfriend, a baby boy whom they named Ever. But her relationship with Dakota saw its test of times. When Taylor appeared in Mormon Wives, she and her beau, Dakota, would often indulge in fights and had trust issues.

She called it surreal, and she herself cannot believe how she got on the show. She stated that it all started as a dream to be on the show three years ago, but she always thought it to unattainable, Taylor said:
“Surreal. It has not hit me right now in this moment. I’m just thinking about it, and it’s not real. And it’s not going to be until I think the limo is pulling up, you know? And meeting the people. How did I get here? In my head I’m like, ‘How is this happening?’ That’s my answer. I don’t know if that got their attention … It was mainly a joke to me … Then we had a meeting. I still didn’t believe it until i got the invitation, ‘Will you be our Bachelorette?’ Same reaction, shaking, pacing back and forth. There’s no way, no way.”
