She took to her social media handle back then and dismissed the buzz around her, and now, in an interview, she again expressed her disappointment about her death hoax.
Kajal Aggarwal reveals her family’s reaction to her death hoax
Kajal Aggarwal, in an interview with the Hindustan Times, was asked about her reaction to her death hoax. To this, the actress revealed that while she finds such baseless news really amusing, it was distressing to witness how disturbed her family felt, due to the false information spread on social media. She also shared how her family and the staff members kept receiving calls after her death hoax was around. She further mentioned that the information about serious life events like death and birth shouldn’t be falsified. Hoping for kindness and positivity, Kajal said:
“While I found the baseless news amusing, it was quite sad to see how disturbed my family felt. They kept receiving incessant calls, as did my staff. Life events, such as birth and death, are serious matters that one should never trivialise or spread falsehoods about. I truly hope we can all be more mindful and focus on truth, kindness and positivity.”
Kajal Aggarwal has earlier slammed the false buzz about her death
It was a few days ago, when reports started doing the rounds that Kajal Aggarwal had met with a serious road accident and succumbed to several serious injuries. The buzz didn’t stop right there, and kept on being stretched to such a rumour, which left everyone devastated, which was about her death. As per a report by ETimes, soon the buzz about her death made rounds on social media, and people started pouring condolences about her.
Later, Kajal took to her social media handle and shared a story on IG, wherein she reacted to her death hoax. In the note, she revealed that she had come across several rumours about her death after a meeting with a road accident, which was absolutely false, and she’s all fit and fine. She further asked people not to fall for such false rumours about her, and to focus on the positivity and kindness around them. Kajal’s note could be read as:
“I’ve come across some baseless news claiming I was in an accident (and no longer around!) and honestly, it’s quite amusing because it’s absolutely untrue. By the grace of god, I want to assure you all that I am perfectly fine, safe, and doing very well.”
Fact-check of the fake videos that claimed Kajal Aggarwal had passed away
Earlier, several videos of Kajal Aggarwal made rounds on social media. Well, it was claimed to be of Kajal’s, but in the clips, no face was seen in the videos that were circulated. It was claimed that Kajal Aggarwal’s body was being carried as she passed away in a road accident, and even a funeral was hosted, which was being attended by her close friends and family members. It was also reported that Kajal’s death stirred a sense of sorrow in India and Sri Lanka. Let us tell you that all the speculations were false, and the videos that showed a dead body being carried away were not of Kajal’s but one clip from back in 2023, featuring someone else.
